E.                 Financial Support of Groups or Other Organizations: 

Financial support for other organization shall be based on reciprocal contribution by such Organization for UEO events. In no event shall such contribution from the United Esan Organization exceed $250.00. First time invitees shall  receive $100.00  to  be  funded from the UEO account.

F.                 Recognition as Special Guests: 

There must be a special place or table for Active UEO members   only.

  1. Invitation ofEsan Cultural Dance Group:

The President of the United Esan Organization in consultation with the Chairman and the Esan Cultural Dance Group shall determine which invitations to honor.

RESOLVED AND ADOPTED BY THE UEO GENERAL ASSEMBLY ON THIS  13th  DAY OF SEPTEMBER 2009

Addendum to Article III of the United Esan Organization (UEO) Constitution; Deregistration and Re-registration (As Amended 2009) and as set forth on the Benefit Rules as resolved in 2014.
Without prejudice to the provisions of Article III, Section 2(e) hereinafter referred to as ‘Deregistration and Re-registration’;
Any UEO member who has left the organization for a two-year period shall;
(1)(a) Automatically be deregistered and no monthly dues and UEO approved fees whatsoever shall accrue thereafter.
(b) Upon return pay a re-registration fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) only.
(c) Not be entitled to any UEO benefit(s) for a six-month (6-month) period.
(d) Six-month (6-month) period for the purpose of (c) above, shall ONLY take effect from the date such a re-admitted member pays his entire 2-year delinquent dues to the Association and/or satisfies eligibility requirement for benefits as set forth under the Benefit Rules. In addition, such a readmitted member must attend UEO scheduled monthly meetings and any other UEO approved functions/activities for six (6) consecutive months without fail, unless such absent(s) is/are unavoidable, and the Association must be notified in writing or by phone to any of the UEO Executive members.
(2) Any UEO member that attends meetings and UEO approved functions/activities, but delinquent in monthly dues shall not accrue such delinquent due(s) for more than 2-year period. However, if such a member satisfies the provisions of Paragraph B (Special Circumstances) of the Benefit Rules, and pays his dues, but for a 3-month period and meets other eligibility requirements, he shall be entitled to ALL UEO benefits as set forth under the Benefit Rules.
